$25-30 per hour (Direct Hire depending on client need)Overview:
We are seeking experienced Payroll Specialists to support high volume, fast paced payroll operations. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines, and a solid understanding of payroll processes.Key Responsibilities:
??? Process weekly/biweekly payroll for assigned employee groups ??? Review and validate timecards, hours worked, and pay adjustments ??? Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies ??? Assist with payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies ??? Work closely with HR and Accounting teams to support payroll accuracy ??? Prepare payroll reports as neededRequired Qualifications:
??? Prior payroll experience in a corporate or high???volume environment ??? Strong understanding of payroll practices and wage calculations ??? Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Kronos, Workday, or similar) ??? Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail ??? Ability to meet deadlines in a fast???paced environmentSchedule:
Full time,Monday-Friday Pay Details:
