Job Description

Drywall Enterprise LLC is a commercial drywall and metal framing contractor serving Indiana and surrounding states. We are looking for a detail oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day to day accounting operations. Job Responsibilities Enter and process accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain accurate financial records and support job cost tracking Prepare and send customer invoices Reconcile accounts and assist with month end processes Support payroll preparation Manage subcontractor compliance documents (W9s insurance certificates etc) Prepare and track lien waivers and payment applications Communicate with vendors subcontractors and internal staff Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Construction industry experience strongly preferred Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Schedule Full time In office position Monday through Friday Compensation Pay based on experience Benefits discussed during interview process
