Manage weekly and biweekly payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees. Assist with payroll audits and support onboarding of new employees. Handle accounts payable, including jobcosting across multiple divisions and performing both 2way and 3way matching.

Process inventoryrelated payables:

match materials to the correct job, ensure proper PO alignment, and manage returns to inventory. Complete quarterly reconciliations and maintain accurate job, material, and AP records. Qualifications for the

Experience in construction accounting or environments with jobcosting. Familiarity with construction software platforms. Minimum of 2+ years of AP, payroll, or jobcosting experience.
