We're looking for a Certified Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is key to supporting federal project work by ensuring accurate certified payroll processing and compliance with prevailing wage regulations. You'll play a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and ensuring payroll accuracy across projects and subcontractors. What You'll Do Determine and apply correct prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits. Prepare and submit certified payroll reports (WH-347 or state forms). Verify and sign Statements of Compliance. Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation. Support audit preparation. Review subcontractor payroll submissions. Coordinate with internal teams and agencies. Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act regulations. What You Bring High school diploma required; degree preferred. CPP certification preferred. Experience with payroll systems (Viewpoint, Procore, RMS, LCP Tracker). Advanced Excel and ERP familiarity. Knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act. Strong attention to detail and math skills. Excellent communication and organization skills. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
