Payroll Specialist Louisville, KY 40241 (Onsite) $24-26/hr Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 6+ Month Contract We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join a growing team and play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. What You'll Be Doing Process payroll accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll regulations Review payroll reports, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments for accuracy Investigate and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies in a timely manner Partner with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to support payroll operations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information What We're Looking For 1-2 years of payroll experience Experience with payroll systems such as Kronos, Asure, or Dayforce is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred CPP certification is a plus This is a great fit for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and wants to be part of a collaborative team environment.
