Job Description:

Payroll Administrator - Hybrid / Bedford, MA Our client, a global technology-focused organization, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support U.S. payroll operations and related administrative processes. This role focuses on assisting with payroll activities, maintaining employee payroll data, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within a structured, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Support ongoing U.S. payroll processes and assist with payroll cycle activities Maintain and update employee payroll information, including direct deposit and tax forms Assist with payroll-related inquiries and follow established procedures to resolve issues Perform administrative tasks related to payroll processing and documentation Enter, audit, and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy Support reporting and data tracking using Excel and internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll operations Qualifications 2+ years of U.S. payroll experience Experience with ADP Workforce Now required Payroll support or payroll administration experience preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
