This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, values accuracy and compliance, and is interested in expanding into bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities over time. This is a growth-oriented role with the opportunity to develop into a broader accounting position.
Payroll Duties:
Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for multiple clients Prepare and file payroll tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annual) Manage electronic tax payments and direct deposits Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations Respond to client payroll questions and resolve issues Assist with year-end filings (W-2s, 1099s) Growth into
Bookkeeping:
