Job Description Pivot Point Homecare is seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team in the office. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our recruitment efforts for nursing staff while managing core HR responsibilities and assisting with payroll coordination. This role is essential in supporting both our clinical staff and leadership team. The HR & Payroll Coordinator will play a key role in recruiting and onboarding clinicians, maintaining HR records, and ensuring payroll information is processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinician staff (RN, LPN, OT, PT, MSW, etc.), including posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Engage with applicants through online platforms, responding to inquiries and maintaining consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and process onboarding documentation for new hires, ensuring all employment paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies. Maintain and organize confidential employee HR files with a high degree of accuracy and discretion. Assist with payroll processing , including reviewing timesheets, verifying visit documentation, and coordinating payroll submissions with the payroll or back-office team. Ensure payroll information is submitted accurately and on time so that employees are paid correctly each pay period. Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions, PTO tracking, and general HR inquiries. Assist with employee record management, credential tracking, and compliance documentation for clinical staff. Support management with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational projects as needed. Help maintain job postings, recruitment tracking, and hiring records to support ongoing staffing needs. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working in Human Resources, recruitment, payroll coordination, or a related administrative role required. Experience processing or coordinating payroll strongly preferred , including reviewing timesheets, verifying hours, and assisting with payroll submissions. Previous recruitment experience strongly preferred; experience recruiting nurses or healthcare staff strongly preferred . Experience in the homecare or home health industry is highly preferred . Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with staff, applicants, and management. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential employee information. Strong attention to detail, especially when working with payroll, employee records, and compliance documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms (Indeed, job boards, etc.). Pay & Location This is an in-office position with a competitive pay rate of $24 - $26 per hour , based on experience.
