Job Description

The purpose of this position is to coordinate the processing of Continuing Education Adjunct Faculty contracts for submission to the Payroll Department.

High School Diploma/GED and three years business experience; knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications. Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale .

April 9, 2026 Act as liaison between the Payroll Department, Human Resources, Program Support, and Continuing Education faculty to ensure accurate and timely payment. Develop and process ConEd adjunct contracts. Perform mailings for the division, as necessary. Maintain files. Essential Job Duties are intended to be examples of duties and are not intended to be all inclusive. There will be other duties as assigned. Analyzes, tracks, and processes adjunct faculty contracts for more than 8,000 Continuing Education classes annually. Works directly with adjunct faculty and ConEd administrative personnel to resolve issues related to contracts in order to facilitate timely and accurate payment. Assists with special projects, conferences and other activities as related to adjunct faculty in continuing education. Processes and manages all relevant course, work and personnel paperwork related to adjunct faculty payment. Independently assists other administrative areas such as human resources with requests for information.
