Job Description

Overview TriSource Staffing Solutions seeks a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Payroll Administrator to support our payroll and back-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced staffing environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in providing excellent service to both clients and employees. This position will have hours from Monday- Wednesday 8:30-5pm and will offer some 40 hour weeks when staff is on vacation. Position Summary The Part-Time Payroll Administrator will be responsible for payroll processing, timesheet management, invoicing, onboarding support, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable communicating with employees and clients, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Payroll & Billing Process weekly payroll accurately and on time. Manage employee timesheet collection, approval, and follow-up. Contact employees regarding missing or outstanding timesheets. Generate and distribute weekly client invoices. Reconcile payments and update invoice records within internal systems. Prepare and distribute payroll and hours-worked reports. Move new employee placements into back-office systems. Assist with employee onboarding documentation and compliance requirements. Maintain workers' compensation codes and related records. Provide support for general accounting and administrative functions. Ensure accurate employee and client records are maintained. Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, candidates, and employees. Respond to phone calls, emails, and payroll-related inquiries. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Previous payroll, administrative, staffing, or office support experience preferred. General understanding of accounting principles is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
