Part-Time Payroll Specialist Holland Heating & Cooling Davison, MI Job Overview Holland Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday , approximately 20-24 hours per week . Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Review employee timecards and payroll records for accuracy Maintain payroll records and employee information Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees Prepare payroll reports and assist with recordkeeping Coordinate with management regarding payroll adjustments, deductions, and benefits Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Qualifications Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience required Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements Experience with Intuit Workforce payroll software. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional communication and customer service skills Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 20-24 hours per week Benefits Competitive $24-$30 hourly pay based on experience.
