• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• This is an ITAR facility.

• CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Payroll Coordinator I to support payroll and timekeeping operations during a plant start-up initiative in Saginaw, MI. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel and Kronos experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Maintain and update employee time and attendance records in Kronos + Verify timesheets and resolve payroll discrepancies + Coordinate with HR, payroll operations, and management teams + Generate payroll and attendance reports, including overtime tracking + Ensure compliance with payroll procedures and applicable labor laws + Support weekly payroll approval processes and deadlines + Maintain confidential payroll documentation and records •

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• + Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems, preferably Kronos/UKG Workforce Central + Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables + Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy + Strong communication and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines + Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Manufacturing or plant environment experience is a plus •Why Join CTG?
