Job Description:

Payroll Analyst Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to manage accurate, compliant, and timely multi-state U.S. payroll processing while supporting payroll audits, reporting, employee inquiries, and process improvements in a fast-paced operational environment. What I'll Do Process accurate and timely multi-state U.S. payrolls. Validate payroll data, audits, and reconciliations before processing. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Handle payroll adjustments, off-cycle payments, and final settlements. Resolve payroll queries through ticketing systems and stakeholder coordination. Identify process improvement and payroll automation opportunities. What I'll Bring Strong understanding of U.S. payroll processes and compliance requirements. Experience handling payroll in fast-paced, multi-state environments. High attention to detail in payroll validation and reconciliation. Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies. Effective communication and collaboration with HR, employees, and managers. Adaptability to payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or Dayforce.
