As a Payroll Associate, you will be part of the HR and Payroll support team, ensuring accurate and efficient management of employee timekeeping and attendance data.

Little Canada, MN Pay rate: $25 per hour What's the Job? Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records in the timekeeping system. Review and audit time entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Assist employees and managers with timekeeping issues, including corrections, approvals, and system navigation. Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure proper integration of time data into payroll processing. Generate and distribute timekeeping reports as needed for internal audits and management review. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. 1-2 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or HR administration. Familiarity with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Workday, SAP). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
