Now Hiring: Lead Payroll Specialist (2 Years Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lead Payroll Specialist to join our team. The employee would need to work in our office, and this is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Process full-cycle payroll on a weekly/biweekly basis Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions Maintain payroll records and employee data with strict confidentiality Handle payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly Respond to employer inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions

Qualifications:

Proven experience in payroll processing (2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of payroll systems and QuickBooks Familiarity with payroll laws and tax regulations Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities High level of integrity and professionalism
