This role manages church bookkeeping, payroll, and financial processes while supporting the business team to ensure accuracy and efficient operations. Qualifications Have a personal and active relationship with Jesus Christ; model Christian character Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles Ability to analyze financial statements and data Detail-oriented with strong time management and accuracy skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High level of integrity and confidentiality Proficiency in: QuickBooks Excel Microsoft Office Suite Church Community Builder (CCB) or ability to learn new software Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable, deposits, and payroll Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries Coordinate with HR and payroll providers on payroll and benefits Assist with annual budgeting and year-end financial reporting Support church ministries, events, and special financial projects Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $19/hour Full-time 40 hours per week, non-exempt position Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement with matching, life insurance, long-term disability, and more To apply, submit your resume to HR Director Margie at
