Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and process full cycle payroll. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess semi-monthly payroll accurately and on scheduleMaintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll systemReview and validate timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and adjustmentsEnsure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and company policiesManage payroll-related changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, benefits deductions)Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies prior to final processingCoordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and approvalsProcess off-cycle payrolls, retro pay, and corrections as neededHandle employee inquiries regarding pay, taxes, and deductionsSupport internal and external audits and maintain payroll documentationAssist with year-end processing (W-2s, tax filings)
