Do you have experience processing multi-state payroll, and do you possess the high level of attention to detail required to manage complex employee data and numbers flawlessly? We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to manage our weekly, full-cycle payroll operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, particularly within the construction industry dealing with union classifications and certified payroll. BachelorsResponsibilities Full-Cycle Payroll:
Execute end-to-end processing of weekly payroll with a high degree of accuracy.
System & Table Management:
Configure and maintain company-level software tables, including earnings, deductions, liabilities, and union classifications.
Compliance & Reporting:
Generate weekly certified payroll reports and ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and union regulations.
Auditing & Records:
Conduct routine audits of timecards and payroll records to maintain flawless employee data.
Garnishments & Off-boarding:
Manage child support and garnishment compliance, and efficiently calculate/prepare off-cycle checks for layoffs or terminations.
Administrative Support:
