Payroll and Bookkeeping Specialist

Sax Certified Public Accounting PC is a small and growing tax firm located in Missoula, Montana. We are seeking a Payroll and Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. Our website is www.saxcpa.net. Your job responsibilities would consist of payroll processing and bookkeeping for clients of the firm. Applicants with experience working at a CPA Firm or a Payroll Service Provider will be considered for this position.

The ideal applicant would be:

Experience working at a CPA Firm or a Payroll Service Provider Strong and fluid technical and computer skills with MS Office products. Experienced with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Employees available to work onsite in Missoula. Available to start work now, part-time or full-time. Interested in a long-term position.
