Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a workforce of over 2,300 employees across multiple operating companies. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a keen eye for accuracy, this position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our HR operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees across multiple operating companies.
  • Manage garnishments, commissions, and other payroll adjustments with precision and compliance.
  • Assist with audits to ensure payroll records meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Utilize intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze payroll data effectively.
  • Collaborate with the payroll supervisor and team members to maintain smooth payroll operations.
  • Support the transition to Workday payroll systems, contributing to implementation planning and execution.
  • Handle multi-state payroll processing with adherence to varying state-specific regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll taxes and deductions.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and documentation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide thorough and accurate resolutions.
