This role works closely with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Rating teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Balance deposit checks with remittance documentation and prepare daily deposits Post financial transactions and reconcile cash and company accounts to the general ledger Identify, research, and resolve payment discrepancies Review and post accounts receivable cash adjustments in the AS400 system Analyze and document existing processes and recommend automation or efficiency improvements Support Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Rating departments as needed Follow assigned instructions and maintain regular, predictable attendance Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn new systems Associate degree, one to two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements:
Primarily desk-based work with prolonged computer use Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally

From $60,000.00 per year
