Payroll Specialist Our Manchester, NH healthcare client needs a Payroll Specialist for their team! This full-time role is perfect for a professional with two years of well-rounded experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment. Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist Process biweekly payroll, reviewing audit reports, resolving variances, and ensuring accurate and timely pay Ensure compliance with FLSA, state wage laws, organizational policies, and timekeeping standards Respond to employee and manager inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service Maintain files Prepare reports Support year-end processes Participate in continuous improvement efforts Perform additional tasks and special projects as required Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 2 years of experience in a high-volume environment Knowledge of payroll regulations, timekeeping practices, and tax reporting Experience with Workday payroll and UKG timekeeping systems Experience in a healthcare or multi-entity payroll environment Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Advanced MS Excel skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Please share your resume in confidence for this Payroll Specialist opportunity offering $29.15/hour.
