This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who is confident managing full-cycle payroll and maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll for a workforce of approximately 101 to 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion each pay period.

  • Review employee pay data, deductions, adjustments, and time records to identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalized.
  • Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation in a consistent, organized, and audit-ready manner.
