9:00 AM to 6:00 PM About The Role We are hiring a Sr Payroll Union Analyst to support complex union payroll operations in a high-volume entertainment environment. This role is heavily focused on union dues processing, employer contributions, payroll reconciliations, ERP payroll setup, and troubleshooting payroll discrepancies tied to union employees. Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-paced payroll environments with strict deadlines, large data sets, and multiple union agreements. Responsibilities Process weekly and monthly union dues and employer contribution payments across multiple unions with strict deadlines Work with centralized PTP teams to verify all payments are completed accurately Reconcile payment requests against weekly payroll reports Provide unions with required backup documentation after payments are processed Review and maintain union dues withholding, 401k, and flexible spending elections Maintain payroll setup and configuration within ERP systems for union deductions and contributions Partner with IT support teams for payroll configuration updates and testing Troubleshoot payroll earnings, dues, and employer contribution discrepancies Support labor relations and operations teams with union-related payroll inquiries Research and complete union pension and health plan audit requests Manage union interface files and validate payroll data accuracy Prepare standard and ad hoc payroll reporting for accounting teams Perform monthly reconciliation of union payroll balance sheet accounts Process manual adjustments related to union deductions and withholdings Support special payroll and system projects as needed Qualifications 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting high-volume union payroll operations Strong experience with payroll reconciliations, deductions, employer contributions, and GL costing Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and large data analysis Experience working within SAP EC Payroll or another large-scale ERP platform Ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot payroll data issues Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience supporting unionized environments within entertainment or media is highly preferred ERP configuration and implementation experience is a plus Excellent communication and follow-up skills Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate :

$65.49 to $70.49/hr.
