  • Back Office Administrator | Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist We are a fast-growing company looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented back office professional to join our team right away.

Role:
This is a critical back office position supporting the financial operations of our businesses in
NV, CA, AZ & FL.
You will be the go-to person for all things related to bookkeeping, payroll, insurance administration, job costing, and commissions. We need someone who is thorough, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process full-cycle payroll using ADP (experience is a must in payroll)
  • Manage all payroll-related paperwork, including tax filings, garnishments, and year-end W-2s/1099s
  • Handle insurance administration including workers' comp, general liability, and employee benefits paperwork
  • Maintain accurate job costing records and track project profitability
  • Calculate and process employee and/or sales commissions accurately and on time
  • Reconcile accounts, manage accounts payable/receivable, and maintain organized financial records
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations
  • Maintain organized and meticulous filing systems for all financial documents
What We're Looking For:
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax laws, and compliance
  • Experience with insurance paperwork and renewals
  • Proven ability to handle job costing and commission tracking
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and thorough
  • you catch errors before they become problems
  • Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive financial information
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Sharp mind for numbers and a reliable, professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Experience in construction, service, or field-based industries a plus
