You will oversee outsourced services, manage tax filings, support payroll-related projects, and serve as the primary time administrator for ADP eTime. This role involves working closely with vendors, management, and HR teams to ensure payroll precision and regulatory compliance.
Pay Rate :
$35.00/hour Available Shift Times Monday- Friday 8am
- 5 pm Key Responsibilities Process payroll for 3,000
- 5,000 employees across multiple states Oversee third-party vendor services, including tax and garnishments Manage ADP eTime and time tracking systems using ADP Global view (SAP) Respond to payroll issues and troubleshoot discrepancies Ensure compliance with payroll regulations Prepare reports and perform complex analyses, including year-end processing and special projects Collaborate with HR, external vendors, and management to maintain payroll accuracy and integrity Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field Experience in ADP Global view (SAP) Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience, with knowledge of regulatory environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with ADP GlobalView, SuccessFactors HCM, and time and attendance systems is preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
