Payroll Administrator Unitex - 3.7 Elmsford, NY Job Details $85,000 a year 9 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Spreadsheets Math Computer skills Full Job Description Payroll Administrator Unitex is seeking a Payroll Administrator for its corporate headquarters located in Elmsford, NY.
Compensation:
$85,000 annually. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.
Job Responsibilities:
Processes payroll, inputs data into payroll system and maintains Payroll/Human Resources files Handles Multi state payroll with heavy emphasis on hourly employees preferred Creates and maintains various payroll reports using EXCEL Process new hires, garnishments, terminations, etc. Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding payroll Ensures accurate and timely accounting, recordkeeping, and management of payroll related audits and reconciliations of payroll information Researches and resolves discrepancies Responsible for timely communication to leadership Other payroll related duties as assigned Other finance duties as assigned Assists with various projects
Requirements:
1-3 years of direct payroll experience Strong desire to learn and work in other areas of finance Experience using ADP Workforce Now or Paycom highly preferred Strong Excel skills Strong computer, math, and verbal/written communication skills Ability to self-start and work independently MUST be organized, and very detail and deadline orientated 4 year college degree preferred
