Payroll Clerk ($25

  • Part-time We are looking to hire an experienced Payroll Clerk .
Work schedule is Monday-Friday (10am-3pm) Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree is preferred but not necessary.
Duties include:
Assisting Business Office Manager with day to day operations. Calculating Employee worked hours from time cards, inputting those hours onto Paychex and ADP type payroll report sheets, Invoicing Clients/Paying Bills using QuickBooks. Reports as needed.
Requirements:
Payroll & Quickbooks experience, Professional phone skills, Math skills, Computer skills (Excel) and a Team Player. You must be able to read, write and understand English. Your math skills must be Top-Notch! All interested candidates must live in Suffolk County and have reliable transportation. All interested candidates must answer all
