Job Description
Growing Petroleum Sales, Installation and Service company seeking a full time bookkeeper with growth to accountant. This individual would assist the CFO in the corporate accounting. Work with our entire team based out of Weedsport, NY to ensure operational excellence. Job duties Include, but not limited to : Pay roll and time sheet management Performing day-to-day accounting functions such as AP, AR, and billing. Maintenance of General Ledger, variance analysis, financial reporting, Issue/set up Purchase Orders Monitor job progress and any potential overruns against purchase orders or budgets. Qualifications Three plus years of experience Construction experience preferred Analyze situations and data to resolve existing or potential problems. Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel Good management and organizational skills including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously, meet critical deadlines, and determine the priority of assignments based on deadlines that must be met.
