Job Description
Payroll Specialist Summary The Payroll Specialist is responsible for full-cycle payroll processing across all organizational entities, including ARMC, Glenbeigh, and Home Health. This role prepares, inputs, audits, and processes all payroll'related transactions with accuracy and timeliness. The position ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while managing multiple pay cycles. Education Associate degree required Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of payroll or related experience Experience with Lawson and Kronos preferred Core Competencies Strong data-entry skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently with frequent interruptions Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of payroll laws and regulations Licensure None required Key Responsibilities Process payroll functions for all entities accurately and on schedule Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information Collaborate with management to verify completion and approval of timecards Enter and maintain payroll data, including corrections, deductions, garnishments, direct deposit, and other payroll'related changes Ensure deductions and all payroll filings (941, W'2, etc.) are submitted timely Handle all garnishment processing and correspondence Communicate professionally Benefits Competitive salary package Extensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (Benefits on Day 1!)
