Job Description:
Responsibilities Ensure payroll interface and data files are uploaded accurately across supported business units Troubleshoot and resolve issues during payroll and benefits data loads Manage and reconcile outbound interface files between payroll, benefits, retirement, and vendor systems Perform payroll and data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance Conduct monthly reconciliation and audit processes Review LOA and termination data for accuracy and completeness Identify data mismatches, investigate root causes, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues Support configuration and maintenance of payroll-related systems and integrations Coordinate timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule Collaborate with vendors, HR teams, payroll operations, and business partners on issue resolution and process improvements Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Payroll Systems, HRIS, Payroll Operations, or related analytical roles Hands-on experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, EV5, GlobalView, or similar) Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits systems, and data integrations Experience with payroll auditing, reconciliations, and root cause analysis Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Experience managing interface files, data loads, and system integrations Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large enterprise employee populations What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Highly detail-oriented Self-sufficient and proactive Technically strong with systems and data Comfortable managing multiple priorities and timelines Passionate about identifying and solving complex payroll/data issues
