This position supports accurate and timely payroll processing for a large employee population across multiple states while ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with full-cycle payroll administration and is comfortable working with platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Paycom.

Responsibilities:

Process end-to-end payroll for a workforce of more than 500 employees, ensuring all earnings, deductions, and adjustments are handled accurately and on schedule. Manage payroll activities across multiple states and apply applicable tax, wage, and compliance requirements to each pay cycle. Review timekeeping, pay data, and employee records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues before payroll is finalized. Maintain payroll information within systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Paycom, including updates related to compensation, deductions, and employee changes. Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and internal stakeholders with clear communication and timely follow-up. Reconcile payroll registers and supporting reports to confirm accuracy and support auditing and reporting needs. Partner with human resources and finance teams to ensure employee data changes are reflected correctly in payroll processing. Support payroll-related system updates or process changes as needed while maintaining continuity and accuracy in payroll operations. Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle payroll processing in a detail-oriented business environment. Background handling payroll for employees located in multiple states with an understanding of related compliance requirements. Hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now for payroll administration. Familiarity with Paycom and the ability to work effectively within payroll systems. Proven ability to process payroll for large employee populations of 500 or more. Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit data, identify errors, and maintain a high level of accuracy. Effective organizational and communication skills to manage deadlines and respond to payroll inquiries effectively.
