Payroll Analyst - Semiconductor Industry Tualatin, OR | $59.47-$65.25/hr 1-year contract (possibility of extension based on performance) We are hiring a Payroll Analyst for a leading global organization in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry. This role supports a fast-paced, highly regulated, and innovation-driven environment where accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail are critical to business operations. You will be part of a collaborative payroll and HR team supporting complex, multi-state payroll operations and a highly skilled technical workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple departments and locations Partner with third-party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders Audit payroll data and reconcile discrepancies by department, location, and entity Interpret and apply payroll policies including PTO, LOA, disability, workers' compensation, union contracts, and tax regulations Support payroll system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations and reporting requirements Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and documentation Provide backup support for specialized payroll functions such as commissions or equity-related processes
Requirements:
