Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support payroll-related compliance and reporting. This role will work closely with HR, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll on a [weekly/bi-weekly/semi-monthly] basis for [hourly and salaried] employeesEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductionsMaintain payroll records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsProcess new hires, terminations, garnishments, and benefit deductionsConduct payroll audits and reconcile payroll reportsRespond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and file payroll tax payments and reports (W-2s, 941s, state filings)Partner with HR on benefits, timekeeping, and employee data changesSupport year-end payroll activities and audits
