Job Description

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is the support for Taxes Supervisor position. It serves as the first point of contact for customers. A sense of urgency and attention to detail are paramount to the success of this role. Duties include answering the phones & documenting and dispatching service requests (ConnectWise). Serves customers by providing product and service support and information; acts as a liaison between customers and Intechsol departments, and other queries. The administrative assistant is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field resources through daily dispatch of service requests by both monitoring and managing incoming client requests so that they can be dispatched to the appropriate resource or department. This position backs-up the Payroll Processing Department.
Responsibilities:
Follow all company standards and procedures as currently documented. Must assist in the filing of quarterly payrolls and W-2 Attend weekly meetings to assist in the coordination of project schedules, resources. Pre-process service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or direct customer input. Monitor the email and ConnectWise dispatch portal. Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt resolution on service requests.
Communication with customers as required:
keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes etc. I mprove customer service, perception, and satisfaction. Fast turnaround of customer requests. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels. Track and follow-up service tickets with more than 72 hours open. Escalate tickets when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
T eamwork:
Highly collaborative with other Intechsol' s leaders. Enjoys working in a small high caliber team with high visibility to supervisors. Able to work and liaise with multiple teams, deal with strict deadlines, able to prioritize workloads and help other team members to achieve team goals. Proficient in Elysium. Proficient in ConnectWise. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
One year in customer service. Technology savvy. People skills Knowledgeable in
Software/Payroll/Human Resources Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. ü Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
