Full Job Description Construction Administrator About The Role:
Our client, a growing construction company in South Denver, is seeking a Construction Administrator to join their payroll team in a newly created position due to company growth. This role will support the payroll team with prevailing wage compliance administration and the implementation of a new compliance platform.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the payroll team related to prevailing wage compliance Communicate with internal teams regarding missing documentation, compliance items, and follow-up requests Track deadlines and help ensure timely submission of required information Assist with the implementation and ongoing support of a new compliance platform Review, track, and organize prevailing wage and compliance documentation Support certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting processes Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance-related documentation is complete and organized Provide general administrative support to the payroll department as needed
What You Need To Have:
Prior payroll support, compliance, certified payroll, or construction industry experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments Comfortable learning new systems and technology platforms Self-starter who can take initiative and adapt in a growing environment Must pass background check Must pass drug screen, including cannabis screening

Pay:
