Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities Are:
Process end-to-end payroll through ADP Workforce Now Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll tax laws and regulations Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, and related documentation Process employee status changes including hires, terminations, and promotions Partner with HR and Finance regarding payroll reporting and employee data Assist with 401(k) administration, audits, and payroll-related reporting Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Payroll Administrator Requirements Are:
3+ years of payroll processing experience Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now Experience handling multi-state payroll tax compliance Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ideal candidate is someone who can operate independently, take ownership of the payroll function, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
