Job Description

Payroll Service Delivery Analyst San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) Seeking a high performing Payroll professional to fill a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst role supporting the Overseas. The Payroll Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for balancing the payroll and documenting all transactions related to an employee s wages, including any payments or credits for hourly pay, premiums, bonuses, reimbursements, etc
Required Skills:
3-5 years experience as a Payroll Processor or similar role Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, best payroll practices and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools, and procedures to accomplish the job Strong Knowledge of U.S. federal, state regulations Able to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential information Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities Strong PC knowledge including proficiency in Excel Team player yet a self-starter and self-motivated individual; assertive in maintaining confidentiality Associate s degree in accounting, Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now Payroll and Time & Attendance desired but not required Working knowledge of
ADP HCM, UK
employment and tax law Experience working with military personnel, especially overseas Human Resources knowledge in Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Relations desired but not required
