Job Description

Payroll Analyst - Systems & Compliance SkinCure Oncology (SCO) is a rapidly growing healthcare innovator transforming the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer with image-guided superficial radiation therapy (IG-SRT). Come be a part of our mission to change lives! The Role The Payroll Analyst - Systems & Compliance plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, data integrity, and system optimization. This position partners closely with the payroll team to audit processes, improve efficiencies, and maximize the capabilities of our payroll platform. While not the primary payroll processor, this role serves as a key subject matter expert supporting compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Do Audit payroll data and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows, automation, and system utilization Monitor and validate system integrations and file feeds to ensure data accuracy and timely processing Support payroll processing as needed, including review and validation of payroll outputs Maintain and optimize payroll system configurations, including earnings, deductions, and tax codes Assist with multi-state payroll tax setup, compliance, and issue resolution Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, Benefits) to ensure accurate data flow and reporting Support audits, including internal payroll audits, external audits, and 401(k) audits Assist with compensation-related reporting, including BLS surveys and other regulatory reporting Document processes and maintain up-to-date payroll procedures and controls Provide insights and recommendations to enhance payroll operations and scalability Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor What You Will Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements Experience working with Paylocity, including system configuration and reporting Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and multi-state compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Effective communication skills and collaborative approach across teams Experience supporting audits and compliance-related activities preferred Why Join Our Team?
