Payroll Analyst, Cherry Hill, NJ (Hybrid), Up to $64,000 Join a mission-driven healthcare and human services organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families through innovative care programs and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative payroll and HR operations team focused on accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement. Payroll Analyst - Responsibilities Conduct payroll and timekeeping audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee payroll data across the organization. Manage and respond to employee payroll and HR system requests, including employee record updates and data corrections within the HRIS platform. Support biweekly payroll processing by reviewing payroll reports, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues prior to payroll completion. Audit employee records including work locations, supervisor assignments, timeclock IDs, termination coding, and payroll-related documentation. Generate and distribute weekly timekeeping and payroll reports to support accurate timecard processing and minimize payroll errors. Provide backup support for payroll processing activities, including entering payroll changes and assisting during payroll cycles. Maintain documentation of payroll procedures, audit processes, and training materials to support operational consistency and compliance. Partner with internal departments to support reporting, data validation, process improvements, and payroll-related projects. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations while promoting organizational standards and operational excellence. Payroll Analyst - Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 2-4 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, HRIS, benefits administration, or related operational support roles required. Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG Pro or similar platforms strongly preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience auditing payroll, timekeeping, or employee data preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Initially fully onsite for training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week. Monday onsite attendance is required.Perks:
