Why This Role Rocks Love numbers, problem-solving, and helping others? As a Payroll Associate, you'll play a key role in making sure our restaurant teams get paid accurately and on time—every time. You'll partner with managers across locations, provide top-notch support, and keep payroll operations running smoother than a fresh-baked roll. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy digging into the details, this role is for you. •This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky What's On Your Plate Process high-volume payroll for hourly restaurant employees Own payroll operations for assigned markets and locations Review and validate weekly payroll data, flagging and resolving variances Make manual payroll adjustments as needed Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines Print checks and payroll reports Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and cost questions Audit tax setup and payroll data for accuracy Provide legendary service to managers and employees with payroll-related questions Your Recipe for Success High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of administrative experience Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with payroll systems (Ultimate Software/UKG preferred) Payroll certifications (FPC or CPP) a plus Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
