Description:
Our mission is to empower our team to innovate and deliver beyond expectations, and we're currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to support this mission and grow with us! The primary responsibilities of a Payroll Support Specialist is to ensure that all per diem employees are paid accurately and timely. Duties and responsibilities include processing time slips, responding to clinician's and internal inquiries, identifying, and escalating any payroll and/or system issues. In addition to paying it is the responsibility of the Payroll Support Specialist to ensure accurate billing through the payroll system. The Payroll Support Specialist works together with the payroll shift supervisors to ensure. that payroll is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include paying all per diem employees accurately and timely. Ensure that we provide our clinicians with daily pay in compliance with applicable federal, multi-state and local laws and payroll tax obligations. Manage payroll functions including calculating employee's paychecks, withholding taxes, and any other deductions. Identify and quickly escalate any system failures in an effort to eliminate manual processes, drive continuous improvement and efficiencies. Identify and report any discrepancies through auditing. Quickly make corrections as needed. Understanding of policies, processes, and procedures. Respond to internal employees and clinician's inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Providing excellent customer service to our internal staff, clinicians, and vendors.
Requirements:
To be successful you must: Open for Fresh Graduates Excellent attention to detail?
