Job Description

Payroll Practitioner II (Full-Time | Hybrid)
Location:
Suburban Philadelphia We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Practitioner II to join our growing payroll team in Suburban Philadelphia. This hybrid role reports directly to the Manager of Payroll and plays a key part in supporting payroll operations for more than 5,000 W-2 employees using ADP's Payroll System for multi-state biweekly/weekly payrolls. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
The Payroll Practitioner II will be responsible for a broad range of payroll-related functions, including: Processes payroll activities including wage calculations, deductions, department transfers and garnishments and other payroll updates Supports and mentors Payroll Practitioner I team members Responds to employee payroll inquiries with confidence and accuracy Manages mid-level complexity payroll processing Prepares employment verifications and supports onboarding payroll overviews Prepares reporting documents for management Performs routine audits and corrections to ensure payroll accuracy

Qualifications:
2-4 years of payroll experience FPC or CPP certification preferred Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office macOS experience preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality Power Home Remodeling Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
