Payroll Specialist:

• Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee payroll records, earnings, deductions, and tax data
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional payroll regulations
• Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related reporting and audits Qualifications for the

• Payroll experience in higher education or a similarly complex environment
