Process end‑to‑end payroll for assigned U.S. and Canadian employee populations Maintain payroll data accuracy, including new hires, terminations, LOAs, garnishments, bonuses, equity, retro, and off‑cycle payrolls Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Respond to employee payroll inquiries and meet defined service level agreements Support reporting, audits, system testing, and payroll process improvements What You'll Bring:
2+ years of payroll experience in a multi‑state environment 2+ years of experience using payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, or CloudPay 2+ years of experience supporting payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills What Sets You Apart:
FPC or CPP certification Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian payrolls Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis Experience with Workday Payroll, payroll system testing and EIB data loads Additional Information:
