The Role:

This position is a fully remote opportunity. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist responsibilities will include collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours and maintaining accurate payroll records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent analytical skills, and high level of confidentiality. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities:

Collecting timesheet data Entering data into administrative databases and software programs Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management

Requirements and Skills:
