Under the direction of the Assistant VP of Total Rewards, this person assists in processing multi-company payrolls and performs a variety of other payroll/benefits functions. What you'll do Processes employee data (new hires, terminations, employee changes) in HRIS/Payroll system Inputs payroll data directly in Workday to produce accurate and timely payroll and payroll changes Assists in preparing payroll accurately and in timely manner Assists employees with inquiries regarding payroll, time reporting, and company benefits programs Manages time reporting in HRIS/Payroll system Calculates final pay and deductions for terminated employees Maintains personnel/payroll files and other confidential records in accordance with record retention guidelines Reconciles monthly benefit invoices Processes disbursement requests for vendor invoices and other payroll and benefit related payments Maintains current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws Provides customer service to internal and external customers Assists with day-to-day payroll and benefits administration, year-end reconciliations, postings and other year-end and quarter-end activities Provides support and backup for the Sr. Payroll Administrator What you'll need Collaborative style, combined with the ability and desire to work in a team-based environment Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding information related to Enterprise Partners, its subsidiaries and University business and confidential prospect information Strong and collegial interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and by phone Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Problem solver who can take initiative and set priorities while being flexible Team-oriented strategist able to effectively manage complex situations involving numerous and sometimes competing constituencies Ability to represent the institution well Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects Adept at navigating complex environments with evolving priorities and communication plans Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Suite of applications including Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in person, writing, and by phone Relevant qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field Three (3) years of relevant experience Or the equivalent education and work experience Preferred education and experience Workday payroll experience Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups Benefits Hybrid work schedule.
