Job Description

Job Overview:
Join our team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, processing payroll transactions, and addressing any related inquiries from employees.
Responsibilities :
  • Utilize excel to process payroll accurately and efficiently
  • Process payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Prepare and input journal entries related to payroll transactions
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks related to payroll processing
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
  • Proficiency in using payroll in EXCEL
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong communication skills to address employee inquiries regarding payroll
  • Bilingual is preferable (Spanish & English)
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test
  • Must be able to work in office Monday
  • Friday and work from home Saturdays.
