This role is contract and anticipated to last 9 months. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a hybrid work model and ability to start immediately.

Duties:

Manage day-to-day payroll tax operations in a high-volume, multi-state, and multi-entity environment, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Review, reconcile, and balance quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, including W-2s/W-2Cs, while preparing amendments and manual filings as needed. Research and resolve payroll tax notices through direct communication with tax agencies and coordination with ADP to ensure timely issue resolution. Partner closely with Payroll Analysts to address tax-related inquiries and maintain accurate employee tax setups and withholdings. Oversee payroll tax account maintenance, including registering new tax accounts, managing POAs and TPAs, updating account information, and closing accounts when necessary. Generate payroll tax reports for internal stakeholders and assigned appropriate GL coding for tax refunds and manual payments.

Qualifications:
