Payroll Administrator

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll & Accounting Specialist to support our growing organization. This role will primarily focus on bi-weekly payroll processing while also assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a consistent, process-driven environment and enjoys working across both payroll and accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timeliness + Maintain payroll records, including employee changes, deductions, and occasional bonus payments + Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies + Support general accounting functions, including data entry and reconciliations in QuickBooks + Assist with month-end close activities and reporting as needed + Collaborate with external accounting firm (Richter, Reeder & Lofton) to support financial processes + Maintain organized documentation and ensure data integrity across systems Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) Working knowledge of QuickBooks Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
